CPD Transformation Lead

You will be responsible for leading the regional Offline and Online (O+O) transformation efforts in Kolkata for the FMCG Company. Your role will involve driving outlet extraction, transformation, and distribution architecture revamp initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Double the number of overall outlets to 400k through PSR incentive-based and Nielsen list strategies - Streamline and consolidate key distributors in top 200 towns, reducing the number from 500 to 300 distributors - Enhance penetration by implementing multi-layer distribution strategies in remaining/long tail towns through super and sub-distributor networks - Customize visit frequency based on outlet requirements and optimize capacity to facilitate new store additions - Increase share and sales in the top 50k outlets by implementing a retailer loyalty program and expanding the footprint - Boost revenue per salesperson by 30% through improved market work practices such as time spent in the market, number of outlet visits per day, and time spent in each outlet - Promote the adoption of new work methodologies by leveraging enhanced Distribution Management Systems (DMS) and Sales Force Automation (SFA) Qualifications Required: - Graduation or MBA from a Tier-1 College - 5-8 years of experience in outlet extraction, transformation, and distribution architecture revamp within the FMCG or consumer durable industry Please note that our client is a global leader in beauty with a strong financial standing, diverse product range, and a commitment to innovation and sustainability.,
