Join Our Team as a Sourcing Executive Channel Partner Network! Location: South Mumbai (Dadar) Reporting to: Sales Head Are you a real estate professional with a passion for building strong networks and driving high-value client leads? Were looking for an ambitious Sourcing Manager who knows the ins and outs of South Bombay’s real estate market and excels in Channel Partner (CP) onboarding and client handling. Objective: Our goal is to activate and maintain productive relationships with Channel Partners (CPs) to generate a steady stream of qualified leads for premium property sales ranging from 2 Cr to 5 Cr. If you thrive on building connections and delivering results, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities: 1. Channel Partner Engagement: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with CPs to ensure a reliable pipeline of high-value client leads. Regularly engage with CPs to keep them motivated and aligned with our sales strategy. 2. Onboarding & Training: Identify and onboard new CPs, providing them with the necessary tools and training to effectively promote our premium properties. Ensure CPs are equipped with comprehensive project information and marketing support. 3. Performance Monitoring: Set clear performance targets and track CP achievements to ensure lead generation meets quality standards. Regularly evaluate CP performance and address any challenges proactively. 4. Lead Generation: Leverage CP networks to generate high-quality client leads within the premium property segment. Continuously push for higher lead conversion rates through effective CP engagement and guidance. 5. Market Intelligence: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and client expectations to enhance sales strategies. Collect insights from CPs to adapt and improve our engagement tactics. 6. Incentive & Relationship Management: Develop and implement reward programs that motivate CPs to meet sales targets. Maintain positive relationships by recognizing CP achievements and providing timely support. 7. Reporting & Feedback: Prepare regular performance reports on CP activities, lead quality, and conversion metrics. Share constructive feedback with CPs to enhance their performance and optimize results. What We’re Looking For: Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in real estate sales, with proven expertise in CP onboarding and client handling in South Bombay. Network: Strong connections with Channel Partner and real estate professionals in South Mumbai. Skills: Exceptional negotiation, relationship management, and market analysis skills. Mindset: Proactive, goal-oriented, and a strong communicator who can navigate the dynamic real estate landscape.
