Role & responsibilities

Develop and implement custom search interfaces and components using Coveo JavaScript UI or Headless SDK.

Build integrations between Coveo and enterprise platforms (Adobe Experience Manager).

Configure and manage Coveo indexes, sources, security identities, and push sources.

Design and optimize query pipelines with Coveo AI features such as:

Coveo ML Relevance Models (automatic ranking adjustments, intelligent relevance tuning).

Query Suggestions (Did-You-Mean, Auto-Complete, NLP-based suggestions).

Recommendations Models (content, product, or user-based personalization).

Smart Snippets & Dynamic Facets for contextual results.

Implement and tune custom connectors using Coveo APIs (Push API, Search API, Usage Analytics API).

Leverage Coveo Usage Analytics to monitor, measure, and continuously improve search performance.

Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across development, staging, and production environments.

Collaborate in Agile teams and contribute to CI/CD pipelines for deploying Coveo components.

Stay updated with new Coveo AI features and best practices to propose innovative solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

3–5 years of experience developing with Coveo (Coveo Cloud strongly preferred).

Strong knowledge of Coveo ML & AI features (relevance tuning, recommendations, personalization, query suggestions).

Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, JSON, Node.js.

Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).

Integration experience with CMS/DXP platforms (AEM).

Knowledge of analytics-driven optimization for search and personalization.

Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance-tuning skills.

Familiarity with Git, DevOps pipelines, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Preferred Skills

Coveo Developer Certification.

Background in other AI/ML-driven search platforms (Elasticsearch, Solr, Lucene, NLP engines).

Experience with server-side languages (Java, C#, Python) for advanced integrations.

Exposure to microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and serverless architectures.
