Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Delight Manager located in Chennai. The Customer Delight Manager will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high satisfaction levels. The role also includes coordinating with various teams to improve overall customer service practices.

• Customer Service, Customer Support, and Conflict Resolution skills
• Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Organizational skills
• Problem-Solving and Multi-tasking abilities
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in customer service roles is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
