Job Description

Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to understand their academic interests, strengths, and career goals. Assist students in selecting suitable courses and academic programs based on their aspirations and abilities. Provide information on course prerequisites, curriculum structures, and potential career paths. Guide students through the application process for various academic programs. Review and assist in the preparation of application materials, including personal statements and recommendation letters. Coordinate with academic departments to ensure timely processing of applications. Advise students on potential career opportunities related to their chosen courses. Provide information on internships, job placements, and industry trends. Organize career counseling sessions and workshops to enhance students' employability. Organize and conduct informational sessions, workshops, and seminars on various academic programs and career options. Collaborate with faculty and industry professionals to provide insights into specific fields of study. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions and counseling sessions. Prepare reports on counseling activities and student progress for management review. Work closely with academic advisors, faculty, and administrative staff to support students' academic journeys. Liaise with external organizations and institutions for collaborative programs and opportunities.
