Description
You will be responsible for the completion of operational processes at station and hub locations including ramp and sort operations, courier and despatch operations, ensuring that all processes are carried out safely and efficiently. Your role will involve tasks such as dispatch, pick up & delivery, picking, packing, international pick-up, international delivery, domestic pick-up, domestic delivery, and customer service. You are expected to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail, strong planning and organizing skills, effective interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work well within a team.
