Courier Executive

Job Title: Courier Executive Job Category (JC): Courier / Delivery Services Job Description: The Courier Executive is responsible for picking up, transporting, and delivering parcels, documents, or goods to the designated addresses in a timely and safe manner, while ensuring proper documentation and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Collect and deliver packages, parcels, and documents as per the assigned route and schedule. Verify recipient details before delivery and obtain signatures or proof of delivery. Maintain records of deliveries and pickups. Handle goods carefully to avoid damage during transit. Communicate with dispatch or operations team regarding delivery status. Follow all traffic rules and safety regulations. Assist in loading and unloading goods when required. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 10th pass or equivalent. Valid driving license (Two-wheeler / Four-wheeler, as required). Good knowledge of local routes and areas. Ability to handle packages of varying sizes and weights. Basic communication skills in local language and/or Hindi/English. Punctual, reliable, and customer-oriented. Work Environment: Field job involving travel to different locations.
