Job Summary

Aravaind IVF & Fertility Center is seeking a caring and proactive CoupleCoordinator to ensure a positive, supportive, and well-coordinated experience for patients throughout their treatment journey. The candidate will build strong patient relationships, address concerns, and act as a bridge between patients and the clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with patients and their families
• Guide patients through appointments, procedures, and treatment processes
• Address patient queries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and empathetic manner
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, reception, and billing teams
• Ensure smooth patient flow and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate patient records and communication logs
• Support patient satisfaction initiatives and service quality standards
• Ensure confidentiality and adherence to healthcare protocols

Qualifications & Requirements

• B.sc and Msc Psychology , BHMS,BEMS
• Fresher & Experience in healthcare, IVF, or patient coordination preferred
• Strong communication skills in English and local language
• Empathetic, patient-focused, and professional attitude
• Basic computer and documentation skills

• Freshers or experienced candidates may apply
• Salary will be finalized based on qualification and experience
