Coupa Configuration Support

As a Coupa Risk Assess Implementation Specialist, you will work closely with the Business and Project Manager/Scrum Master to support the implementation and maintenance of Coupa Risk Assess projects. Your role will involve hands-on experience with Coupa, multiple implementation projects, and expertise in workflow configuration. Being a team player, effective communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Quickly grasp Coupa Capabilities Technical Configuration within the tool - Interpret Business Requirements and design Coupa Risk Assess solutions for Deutsche Bank - Manage Configuration Changes in Coupa Risk Access and Reporting - Collaborate with Architects & Platform Owner to facilitate Program Deployment - Investigate and resolve escalated issues within defined SLAs - Conduct Coupa Release Testing, identify and resolve issues - Implement industry best practices - Review solutions for feasibility, ensure functional fitment as per DB standards, manage customer expectations, and ensure successful project delivery - Document configuration knowledge and enhance Key Operating Principles - Prepare and deliver Maintenance documentation, periodically update configuration workbook - Propose process improvements based on application capability and best practices Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of total experience with a minimum of 3 years in software configuration/support engineering - Minimum 2 years of experience in workflow configuration within Coupa or similar products - Familiarity with DBMS concepts and designing reports in Coupa Risk Assess - Technical knowledge of SFTP, Unix, and Data Exchange mechanism (preferred) - Good understanding of SDLC & Agile processes - Experience in Vendor Risk Management (preferred) - Strong customer focus with cross-functional team experience - Self-motivated with excellent organization skills, resolution management, and effective written and verbal communication - Coupa Risk Assess certification (preferred),
