Job Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance:
Greet and engage with walk-in customers.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products.
Provide accurate product information, including fabrics, sizes, and styling tips.
Sales & Conversion:
Drive daily in-store sales and achieve individual and store targets.
Convert walk-ins into repeat customers through excellent service.
Product Management:
Ensure proper display and arrangement of merchandise.
Monitor stock levels and assist in stock replenishment.
Handle new arrivals and promote featured collections.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with regular customers.
Collect and update customer details in CRM or manual records.
Inform customers about promotions, loyalty programs, and new launches.
Store Upkeep:
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Follow brand guidelines for visual merchandising.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with store managers and team members for smooth operations.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings.

Eligibility / Requirements:
Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years in retail clothing/fashion industry preferred. Freshers with good influencing skills
may apply ( specialized in sales of sarees, suits,home furnishing,suiting and shirting).
Language: Proficiency in Hindi; basic English understanding preferred.
Appearance: Well-groomed and presentable.
Work Hours: Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Gender: Open to all genders.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
