We are looking for energetic and customer-oriented individuals to join our retail and counter sales team. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist customers courteously at the retail counter. Provide detailed product information and recommend sweets or desserts as per customer preferences. Handle billing, packaging, and maintain cleanliness at the counter. Ensure proper display and stock arrangement of products. Maintain daily sales records and coordinate with the store manager for stock replenishment. Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally. Support team members to ensure smooth retail operations. Requirements: Education: Minimum 10th pass (Higher Secondary preferred). Experience: 0–2 years in retail or counter sales (FMCG/Food industry preferred). Skills: Good communication and customer service skills. Basic knowledge of billing and handling cash or POS machines. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Personal Qualities: Punctual, disciplined, polite, and team-oriented.
