Counter Sales Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Counter Sales Executive to manage in-store sales at the counter, assist customers in product selection, process transactions, and ensure excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and attend to customers at the sales counter.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Provide product details, features, and pricing information.

• Process sales transactions using cash, card, or digital payments.

• Maintain accurate billing and receipts.

• Keep the counter area clean, organized, and well-stocked.

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns politely.

• Assist in stock management, inventory checks, and reordering.

• Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and new arrivals to customers.

• Coordinate with other departments for smooth sales operations.
