Job Description

As an Individual Contributor (Counter Sales), your role will involve attending to customer requirements with a focus on driving sales conversion and delivering excellent customer experiences. You will need to inform customers about new designs, schemes, and offers to promote sales and customer engagement. Additionally, you will support local area activities in collaboration with the Relationship Executive and assist with the try-at-home scheme based on instructions from the Store Manager. Following up with potential customers, visiting them to close sales, and developing strong customer relationships will be key responsibilities in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Attend to customer requirements to drive sales conversion - Inform customers about new designs, schemes, and offers - Support local area activities with the Relationship Executive - Assist with the try-at-home scheme as per Store Manager's instructions - Follow up with potential customers and visit them to close sales - Develop and maintain strong customer relationships Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Jewellery sales - Strong customer service and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of meeting sales targets - Detail-oriented and organized - Ability to work well in a team - Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays In terms of the company, the perks and benefits include a fixed salary, incentives, loyalty bonus, Diwali bonus, PF, Mediclaim/ESIC, health insurance, and term plan.
