Counter Sales Executive

We are an artisanal premium gelato brand known for fresh, small-batch gelato made with high-quality ingredients. We participate in curated pop-ups, exhibitions, and premium events where customer experience and storytelling are as important as taste. --- Role Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic, well-spoken Part-Time Counter Sales Executive who can confidently interact with customers at pop-ups, offer tastings, explain our products, and convert interest into sales. You will be our face at events. --- Key Responsibilities Set up and manage the counter at pop-ups and events Engage customers in a friendly, confident manner Offer tastings and explain flavours, ingredients, and product USPs Actively promote and sell gelato, desserts, and packaged products Handle billing and payments accurately (UPI/cash/QR) Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and product presentation at all times Ensure smooth service during peak hours Coordinate with the team for stock and replenishment --- Who We’re Looking For Excellent communication skills (English/Hindi; Hinglish works) Friendly, confident, and customer-focused personality Comfortable talking to strangers and explaining products Sales-oriented mindset (not shy about closing a sale) Presentable and well-groomed Prior experience in food, retail, cafés, exhibitions, or pop-ups is a plus Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and event days --- What We Offer Incentives or bonuses on good sales (where applicable) Opportunity to work with a premium, growing food brand Fun, high-energy work environment at events and pop-ups --- Ideal For College students Part-time job seekers Hospitality or retail professionals Anyone who enjoys interacting with people and selling great food
