Job Description

Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending to customers at the sales counter, understanding their needs, and assisting them with purchases. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and driving sales. Key Responsibilities:Greet and attend to customers as they arrive at the sales counter. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations. Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers. Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems. Manage inventory levels and ensure product displays are well-stocked and organized. Handle customer queries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally. Coordinate with the back office for stock and delivery updates. Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets. Maintain a clean and organized counter area. Generate daily sales reports and assist in reconciling cash/transactions.
