Counter Sales Executive

You will be part of a renowned jewellery retail chain, ORRA, with a rich history dating back to 1888 and a strong presence in 40 cities across India through 92 stores. As an Individual Contributor (Counter Sales), your role will involve attending to customer requirements, focusing on driving sales conversion, and ensuring excellent customer experiences. You will play a key role in promoting sales by informing customers about new designs, schemes, and offers. Collaborating with the Relationship Executive, you will support local area activities and assist in implementing the try-at-home scheme as directed by the Store Manager. Following up with potential customers, visiting them to close sales, and building lasting customer relationships will be essential aspects of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Attend to customer requirements with a focus on driving sales conversion and delivering excellent customer experiences. - Inform customers about new designs, schemes, and offers to promote sales and customer engagement. - Support local area activities in collaboration with the Relationship Executive. - Assist with the try-at-home scheme based on instructions from the Store Manager. - Follow up with potential customers and visit them to close sales. - Develop and maintain strong customer relationships. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Jewellery sales. - Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record of meeting sales targets. - Detail-oriented and organized. - Ability to work well in a team. - Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
