Counter Sales Executive - JEWELLERY

Role Overview

We are looking for a well-presented and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to join our jewelry showroom team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers at the counter with courtesy and professionalism.
• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewelry designs.
• Explain product details, purity, pricing, and offers clearly.
• Maintain accurate product knowledge (gold, diamond, silver, gemstones, etc.).
• Handle billing, exchanges, and order documentation.
• Ensure counters are well-organized, clean, and visually appealing.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store goals.
• Build long-term relationships with repeat customers.
• Coordinate with the inventory team for stock updates and product availability.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of jewelry types and purity standards (preferred).
• Customer service-oriented attitude.
• Confidence in handling cash, POS, and billing software.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any stream.
• Prior experience in jewelry, luxury retail, or customer service preferred.
• Fluency in [local language] and basic English communication.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
