Position Outlet Sales Executive – Part Time No. of Positions Vacant 10 Gender Preference Male / Female Age 21+ Language Tamil W-S, English R-W Software Knowledge Basic Microsoft Technical Knowledge Need to explain the features or the product and be able to make a good business among retailers. Experience Must have Good Retailer Contact and minimum 3 years’ experience. Qualification Any Degree Basic Salary INR 12,000 per month. Incentives ~ Rs.10,000 / Month Sales Target Achievement Incentive - Weekly Working Days 6 days a week (as per requirement) Leave Policy Peak Days – Friday, Saturday & Sunday – Attendance Mandatory. In-case of Leave Double Salary will be deducted. Leave can be availed only on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday provided maintaining minimum strength of 2 persons at Outlet. Three Days Leave allowed a Month. If Five or More days leave is taken 3 days leave will be considered all the days salary will be deducted. Working Time Batch 1 : 10 AM to 4.30 PM Batch 2 : 3.30 PM to 10 PM Bonus As per the standard industry norms after the completion of One Year. Notice Period 2 Months Clearance Need to Maintain Zero Variance in Every Month Stock Audit Employee Contract Minimum 1 Year Job Description Customer Sales Promotion and Engagement Proactively promote products and services to walk-in customers by understanding their needs and providing personalized recommendations. Maintain in-depth knowledge of all store products, offers, and promotions to effectively communicate value to customers and boost sales. Ensure a welcoming environment that enhances customer experience and encourages repeat business. Product Display and Cleanliness Maintenance Ensure all products on display are clean, well-organized, and appealing to customers. Regularly inspect merchandise to maintain presentation standards and handle items with care, especially premium or delicate products such as fountain pens and gift items. Coordinate with team members to maintain a neat and attractive showroom appearance. Daily Sales Accounting and Cash Closure Maintain accurate records of daily transactions including cash, card, UPI, and other modes of payment. Prepare daily sales reports, balance cash registers, and ensure all financial entries are accurately recorded and reconciled by day-end. Report discrepancies immediately to the store manager or accounts team. Pen Repair Record Maintenance Maintain a detailed log of all customer pens submitted for repair or service, including date of receipt, nature of the issue, actions taken, and return date. Coordinate with the technical or repair team to ensure timely service and provide status updates to customers as required. Store Equipment Responsibility Take ownership of store equipment such as swipe machines, barcode scanners, printers, display lights, and cleaning tools. Ensure all equipment is in working condition, report faults immediately, and coordinate basic troubleshooting or service requests. Handle all tools responsibly to prevent misuse or damage.
