Role Overview

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-friendly Counter Sales Executive to manage daily sales operations, assist walk-in customers, and ensure smooth counter functioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers at the counter.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Provide product features, fabric, and price information clearly.
• Handle billing, cash/UPI transactions, and maintain sales records.
• Ensure merchandise is well-displayed, organized, and presentable.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock levels at the counter.
• Coordinate with inventory/store team for product availability.
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns politely.
• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets set by the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail/counter sales (apparel industry preferred).
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge for billing and POS systems.
• Pleasant personality, confident attitude, and teamwork approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
