Counter Sales Executive to join our prestigious multinational jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate should have a passion for jewellery, strong interpersonal skills, and a flair for providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers at the showroom with a warm and professional attitude. Understand customer needs and showcase relevant jewellery pieces accordingly. Maintain thorough knowledge of the product range, including gold, diamond, and other precious collections. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance. Maintain cleanliness and display aesthetics of the showroom counter. Handle customer queries, returns, and exchanges with patience and professionalism. Manage billing and coordinate with the back-office team for inventory and stock updates. Ensure a smooth and delightful shopping experience for every customer. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or jewellery sales preferred (freshers may also apply). Good communication skills in English and local language. Presentable, confident, and energetic personality. Basic computer knowledge and experience with billing software. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment. High level of honesty, integrity, and attention to detail.
