Job Description

We Are Hiring for Counter Sales Executive

Location: Vijayanagaram & Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh

Industry: Jewellery / Fashion Retail

Salary: Competitive + Attractive Incentives (based on experience & last drawn salary)

Experience: Minimum 2 years in jewellery or fashion retail sales (preferred)

Language: Fluent in English & local language (mandatory)

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery that fits their style and budget.
Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate designs and collections.
Stay updated on product details, promotions, and offers.
Maintain a presentable, organized, and inviting sales counter.
Handle customer queries and concerns with professionalism.
Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
Assist in smooth billing and follow company protocols.

Candidate Profile

Minimum 12th pass with excellent communication skills.
Fluent in English and local language.
Experience in jewellery sales is highly preferred (fashion retail also considered).
Smart, well-groomed, and customer-oriented personality.
