Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Counselor/Sr. Counselor. The primary responsibilities include guiding prospective students and parents through program offerings, assisting with the application and admission process, conducting informational sessions, and addressing inquiries about courses. The individual will also maintain accurate documentation, foster relationships with applicants, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless admissions experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Experience in counseling, admissions, or student interactions
• Organizational skills to manage documentation and multiple responsibilities
• Proficiency in problem-solving and addressing concerns effectively
• Comfort with working in team-based environments and independently
• Familiarity with media, animation, or academic fields is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Animation preferred / relevant area such as Counseling, Education, or Communication
