Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Counselor & Student Support Coordinator located in Agra. The Counselor & Student Support Coordinator will be responsible for providing student counseling and career counseling services, offering guidance and support to students, assisting with customer service inquiries, and maintaining open and effective communication with students, parents, and faculty members. Daily tasks will include one-on-one counseling sessions, organizing workshops and seminars, and coordinating student support activities.

Qualifications

• Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience or background in Education
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Empathy, patience, and the ability to motivate and inspire students
• Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience in the game art industry or creative fields is a plus
