Counselor

Job Title: Counselor – Digital Marketing Courses

Location: Mohali, Punjab
Job Type: Full-time | On-site

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-ins, telephonic, and online inquiries about digital marketing courses.
• Counsel students and parents about course details, career prospects, and institute offerings.
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp to ensure maximum conversion.
• Maintain and update the student database (CRM/Excel).
• Assist in admission formalities and documentation.
• Work closely with marketing and trainers to improve conversion strategies.
• Participate in seminars, webinars, and promotional events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably Marketing, Communication, or Business).
• 1–3 years of experience in counselling, telesales, or academic advising.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Punjabi is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and achieve targets.

• Good listener with empathy and patience for student queries.
• Target-driven with a passion for education and career guidance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,783.40 - ₹40,061.62 per month
