Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Counselor & Relationship Manager for a dynamic on-site role located in Electronic city & Whitefield, Bengaluru. The responsibilities include providing compassionate counseling to women and families, offering emotional support and guidance, and helping clients understand healthcare options and services offered. The role involves fostering strong relationships with clients, building trust, and ensuring customer satisfaction, while collaborating closely with medical and administrative teams to deliver a seamless healthcare experience. Additionally, the Counselor & Relationship Manager will assist in addressing client concerns and maintaining a high standard of service excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
• Empathy, active listening, and counseling ability to provide emotional and psychological support
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to address client concerns promptly and professionally
• Experience or knowledge in healthcare services, particularly in women and child health, is a plus
• Proficiency in customer relationship management and a client-first approach
• Ability to work collaboratively with medical professionals and administrative teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field; additional certifications in counseling are advantageous
