Key Responsibilities Customer Counseling: Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate guidance. Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Assist in helping customers understand available services and processes. Appointment Coordination: Schedule and manage client appointments and meetings. Follow up to confirm appointments and ensure timely feedback. Operational Support: Maintain accurate client records and ensure documentation is up to date. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and workflows. Provide prompt responses to queries and troubleshoot issues effectively. Administrative Tasks: Support daily office operations and maintain an organized work environment. Assist in preparing reports, managing schedules, and tracking key performance metrics. Skills & Requirements Education: Graduate in any discipline. Experience: Open to freshers and experienced candidates. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
