Counsellor cum Assistant Centre Manager

You are invited to join our team as a Counsellor cum Assistant Centre Manager at our Jaipur location in the Bhanwar Rathore Design Studio. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in providing academic and career counseling to students. In addition, you will be responsible for managing and organizing center activities, ensuring smooth operations, and handling administrative tasks. Your main tasks will include maintaining student records, assisting with marketing strategies, coordinating with faculty and staff, and providing support during events. Your exceptional academic and career counseling skills will be put to good use as you guide students towards their goals. Your administrative and organizational abilities will be key in maintaining the efficiency of the center. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your capacity to manage and coordinate center activities will be essential in ensuring the successful functioning of the center. Experience in marketing and promotional strategies would be advantageous. Your problem-solving skills and attention to detail will be highly valued in addressing any challenges that may arise during daily operations. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, Counseling, or a related field. Previous experience in the education sector would be beneficial.
