Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Advisor based in Noida. The Academic Advisor will provide comprehensive guidance to aspiring students and working professionals by assisting them in selecting the most suitable online programs from various universities. Responsibilities include academic advising, career counseling, and answering inquiries via various communication channels. The role also involves supporting students in navigating application processes and identifying opportunities aligned with their career goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling for diverse backgrounds
• Strong Communication skills with the ability to provide clear and empathetic guidance
• Experience in Academic Advising and knowledge regarding the education sector
• Strong understanding of education systems and courses at UG, PG, Diploma, and Certificate levels
• Ability to build rapport, encourage students, and provide solutions to inquiries and challenges
