Counselling Trainee

As a Counselling Trainee based in Ranchi, Lalpur, you will be a part of a 3-month traineeship program aimed at developing your skills in academic counselling. Freshers and graduates with a keen interest in education and academic counselling are encouraged to apply. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work efficiently in a team and handle multiple tasks, a passion for student development and guidance, an open-minded approach to learning in a professional environment, and previous experience in counselling or a related field are advantageous but not mandatory requirements.
