Couchbase Database Administrator

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Couchbase Installation and Cluster Setup in production environment.
Couchbase Administration.
Database Backup and Recovery.
Couchbase Index creation, Management, Tuning.
Couchbase Architecture and concepts.
Security in Couchbase/Security patch applying.
Troubleshoot a Couchbase cluster for common configuration issues.
Managing Cross Datacentre Replication (XDCR).
Performance Monitoring.
Couchbase architecture design ownership suggest best practices.

Requirements:

4+ years of industry experience in Couchbase Database administration in production environment.
Hands-on experience in Couchbase database with cluster awareness, XDCR, Optimizing Couchbase Queries and indexes, Couchbase services like Query, Index, Data, CBS, Backup and restore.
Good knowledge and experience in Couchbase Troubleshooting.
Ability to Configure, optimize and maintain Couchbase clusters.
Awareness on HTTP protocol, REST.
Ability to handled 99.9 uptime and 24/7 support.
