SUNRAYS IMAGE TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED is a medical device company specializing in diagnostic imaging products like MRI, CT, and Cathlab machines. SUNRAYS leads in providing third-party service to high-end imaging products in India. The company is based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, with branch offices in Delhi, Pune, Kolkata, Hyderabad, and Chennai.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Customer Relationship Executive. The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing customer interactions, addressing customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role includes supporting sales and marketing initiatives, analyzing customer data, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Strong Sales and Marketing skills
Analytical Skills to interpret customer data and provide insights
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the medical device industry is a plus
