Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra Department: Costing & Estimation Experience: 3-6 years Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields Industry Preference: Steel Foundry, Heavy Engineering, Automotive, or Industrial Equipment Manufacturing Job Description: Parason Machinery Pvt Ltd is looking for a Costing Engineer to join our team! The ideal candidate will have expertise in cost estimation, financial analysis, and cost optimization within a manufacturing setup. Key Responsibilities: Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare cost estimates for new & existing products Evaluate material, labor, and overhead costs for cost-effective production Collaborate with design, production, and sales teams for cost optimization Conduct variance analysis and identify areas for cost reduction Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure cost-efficient procurement Develop and maintain costing databases, reports, and forecasting models Support new product development (NPD) with accurate cost analysis Ensure compliance with costing standards and financial guidelines Required Skills & Qualifications: 3-6 years of experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and pricing in a manufacturing setup Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and machining operations Hands-on experience with costing software, ERP systems, and MS Excel Ability to perform cost analysis, margin calculations, and financial reporting Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills If you are a detail-oriented professional with expertise in cost analysis and financial planning , apply now!
