Cost Manager - QS

Key Responsibilities: - Have experience in Civil, Structural, Architectural, interior fit out estimating, tender evaluations, and onsite cost controls - Optimize project costs, implement value engineering, and ensure value for money while maintaining high standards and quality - Provide commercial and contract support throughout the project lifecycle - Analyze tenders to ensure cost-effectiveness and optimal market rates - Deliver work outputs accurately and in a timely manner - Address commercial issues, change orders, and contract matters - Forecast and monitor cash flow/accruals, ensuring positive cash flow and collaborating with the clients" financial team - Assist in final account preparation and agreement, including managing claims for best value delivery - Provide cost analysis feedback and lessons learned to clients for future projects Qualifications Required: - Wealth of experience in Civil, Structural, Architectural, interior fit out Estimating - Degree or equivalent experience - Experience in Office fit out, commercial, or similar projects - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management across diverse projects - Ability to cultivate strong relationships with team members and clients based on shared purpose, openness, and fun About the Company: Linesight is a global project and cost management consultancy known for its exceptional client retention rates.
