Cost Management Specialist Data Centers

As a Cost Management Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing budgeting, cost control, and financial management in data center projects. Your role will involve hands-on experience in project cost tracking, forecasting, and executive reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost forecasts, and cashflows. - Track actual vs planned costs and analyze variances. - Support project teams in cost planning and procurement control. - Prepare MIS and executive reports for senior management. - Assist in risk identification and cost optimization strategies. Qualifications Required: - Experience: minimum 5-12 years in data center project cost management/project controls. - Strong skills in budgeting, cost control, reporting, and financial analysis. - Preferred exposure to CEO/MD office reporting or senior leadership communication. - Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.,
