Job Summary:

The Cost Estimator (Interior) is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for interior design, renovation, and fit-out projects. This role involves analyzing project drawings, specifications, materials, and labor requirements to develop detailed budgets and competitive bids.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents for interior design and fit-out projects.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates covering materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor works.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and develop Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Source quotations from suppliers and subcontractors; analyze and compare costs.
• Develop and maintain a database of material and labor rates for interior works.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options.
• Assist in tender submissions, bid clarifications, and negotiation processes.
• Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cost estimation or quantity surveying for interior fit-out/ construction projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software
