Role Overview: As a Project Cost Estimation and Analysis Lead at Adani RMRW, your primary responsibility will be to prepare accurate project cost estimates, manage vendor relationships, and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed project cost estimates, including Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and rates analysis, based on bid documents and site conditions for highway bids, ensuring competitiveness and accuracy. - Finalize quantities in collaboration with the Design team to ensure precise material requirements. - Record and maintain a database of project scope, bid documents, and drawings for future reference. - Analyze contractor offers, compare them with internal estimates, and identify value engineering options to optimize project costs. - Interact with subcontractors, review quotes, and negotiate terms to secure the best deals for procurement. - Prepare presentations to communicate cost estimations and strategies effectively. - Develop a strong in-house team and collaborate with external experts as needed to enhance estimation accuracy and efficiency. - Stay updated on industry advancements and apply innovative cost estimation practices in projects.
