Cost Controller

• Analyze daily sales and consumption data to monitor cost trends and identify anomalies.
• Perform cost variance analysis to detect and address areas of inefficiency and loss.
• Provide regular cost control advice and recommendations to management and operations teams.
• Identify and report cost leakages, wastage, and pilferage across operations.
• Scrutinize purchase orders, invoices, and procurement activities for accuracy, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate closely with procurement, kitchen, and finance teams to ensure accurate costing and inventory control.
• Monitor stock usage and perform regular audits to verify accuracy in stock records.
• Send daily, weekly, and monthly cost-related reports and dashboards to management.
• Should have 5+ years of relevant experience in cost control within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
