Cost Control Specialist

Key Objectives & Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of monthly project execution budget reports.
• Assess project risks and identify improvement opportunities.
• Perform regular cost-control calculations and analyses.
• Support the team with additional tasks related to cost control as required.

Technical Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 5-10 years experience in Cost control
• Previous experience in project direct cost control, quantity surveying, or cost control.
• Strong understanding of project and contract management.
• Good analytical skills.
• Knowledge of S-curve methodology.
• Fluency in English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong planning and decision-making abilities.
• Proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills.
