Job Description

Role Overview:

CMA qualified professional

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in
cost accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
processes.
Prepare and analyze
monthly MIS reports
, variance analysis, and financial statements.
Support in
product costing, overhead allocation, and standard cost updates
.
Work on
budget vs. actual analysis
to identify deviations and provide insights.
Coordinate with internal departments to collect financial data for reporting.
Assist in
audit preparation
and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Participate in
financial modeling and business performance analysis
.
Support
automation and process improvement initiatives
within the finance function.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of
Costing, Budgeting, and Management Accounting concepts
.
Proficiency in
MS Excel
(pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling) and familiarity with
ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally, etc.)
.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

CMA qualified (freshers or up to 2 years of experience).
Strong academic background and eagerness to learn.
Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to dynamic business needs.
