Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare accurate cost sheets, periodical reports, and MIS to ensure timely financial analysis.
Conduct regular cost audits to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain standard costing procedures for process costing, material sourcing, and inventory management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and reduce costs without compromising quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proficiency in Excel is essential; knowledge of other relevant software such as CMA or similar tools is desirable.
2-5 years of experience in cost accounting or a related field.
B.Com degree from a recognized university; ICWA (CMA) qualification .
