As a skilled and customer-focused Cosmetologist, you will be joining our team at our Mohali branch. Your role will involve providing a range of hair, skin, and beauty services, ensuring exceptional client experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Providing skin care services such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, waxing, and other treatments - Conducting skin analysis to identify issues and recommend suitable treatments and products - Educating clients on proper skin care techniques, products, and engaging in relevant discussions - Maintaining cleanliness in work areas, tools, and treatment rooms - Adhering to safety protocols and health regulations - Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote services and educate clients on the benefits of facials - Managing inventory, including supplies and product orders - Keeping records of client treatments and progress - Evaluating customers" skin conditions and providing treatment recommendations - Recommending skincare products like lotions, facial washes, and moisturizers - Performing hair removal procedures like waxing or plucking - Conducting facials for moisturizing and cleansing purposes - Ensuring proper maintenance of beauty and skincare tools Qualifications Required: - Diploma/Certification in Cosmetology or Beauty Therapy - Minimum 2 years of salon experience preferred - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Pleasant personality and professional attitude Please note that this is a full-time position based in Mohali.,
