Cosmetics Territory Sales Manager

Position: Cosmetics Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell skin care, hair care, makeup, and cosmetic products to customers.
• Understand customer skin type, requirements, and suggest suitable products.
• Demonstrate product usage and provide product knowledge.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain product displays, stock levels, and merchandising.
• Handle billing, orders, payments, and daily sales reports.
• Attend in-store promotions, training sessions, and events.
• Collect customer feedback and share with management.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store hygiene.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of beauty, skin & hair care products.
• Customer-focused and confident selling ability.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, POS system, reports).
• Ability to work under targets.

Qualification

• 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Course in beauty / cosmetology (optional but preferred).

Salary

• Fixed salary + Incentives + Bonus based on sales performance.
