Job Title: Cosmetic Sales Executive (In-house)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Cosmetic Sales Executive to join our in-store team. You will be the face of our brand, responsible for driving sales, providing expert beauty advice, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assess their beauty needs
• Recommend suitable cosmetic products based on skin type, preferences, and trends
• Demonstrate product usage and application techniques
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
• Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked and visually appealing
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide after-sales support
• Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

Qualification:12th/Graduate with good communication skills

Experience: Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in sales or cosmetics sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
