As a Corporate Trust - Debt & Agency Analyst at Deutsche Bank in Mumbai, India, you will be a part of the Trust and Agency Services team that is recognized for providing administrative and fiduciary services to the global debt and equities markets. Your role will involve engaging with transaction parties to support the administration of structured and non-structured debt issuances while ensuring compliance with contractual terms. Your duties will involve timely completion of client and deal management system records, interacting with deal parties, and collaborating with operations teams for debt servicing requirements. To excel in this position, you should have relevant experience in investment banking or corporate banking administration, a good understanding of the global financial services industry, and familiarity with debt capital markets transaction documentation. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with numeracy, analytical abilities, and attention to detail are essential. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of additional European languages would be beneficial.
