Role Overview

Responsible for managing domestic and international travel needs for employees and executives, ensuring efficient and hassle-free arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle flight, hotel, and transport bookings
• Process visas, travel documentation & web check-ins
• Create itineraries and manage travel databases
• Coordinate with travel vendors and airlines
• Provide support during travel issues

Requirements

• 5+ years corporate travel experience
• Strong visa/documentation knowledge
• Excellent Excel skills
• Willing to work extended hours.
