As a Corporate Transactions Lawyer at EY Law, your role involves managing the successful delivery of technically complex and demanding corporate transaction projects. You will work on a variety of legal advisory projects for high-profile organizations across different countries, providing advice on all matters related to corporate transactions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage the successful delivery of technically complex corporate transaction projects - Build and maintain client relationships internally and externally - Manage leads and opportunities from other areas of the law practice and the wider EY network - Contribute to the development of the law practice through various initiatives such as internal training, developing precedents, sharing knowhow, participating in events, giving presentations, and producing articles for publications **Skills and attributes required:** - Solid understanding of MENA's legal systems and frameworks - Good technical knowledge of legal systems - Excellent communication and relationship building capabilities - Strategic and commercial awareness - Creative problem-solving skills - Enthusiastic and flexible approach to work and challenges - Negotiation skills - Ability to adapt quickly to developing laws and regulations - Desire to continue developing legal skills and knowledge **Qualifications & Experience:** - 1 to 6 years of experience as a qualified lawyer from a reputable legal practice - Strong technical knowledge of corporate transactions, mergers & acquisitions, and contracts law - Client relationship-building capabilities - Strategic and commercial awareness - Excellent communication, collaboration, self-management, and project management skills - Fluency in Arabic, both written and spoken (preferred) At EY, we are looking for aspiring legal professionals who are enthusiastic, flexible, and positive about building their career in a fast-paced environment.
