Corporate Trainer - SAP ABAP

Job Summary:

SAP Technical Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-depth, high-quality technical training in

  SAP ABAP

  ,

  SAP BTP

  , and

  SAP CPI

  .
• Design and develop customized training modules, practical labs, and real-world scenarios.
• Conduct interactive workshops and guide learners through SAP best practices, architecture, and development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and refine technical curriculum.
• Mentor participants and provide feedback on performance and progress.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP tools, features, and updates including

  CAP (Cloud Application Programming)

  and SAP S/4HANA integrations.
• Facilitate both virtual and (when required) hybrid/onsite training delivery.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of

  SAP technical experience

  with hands-on expertise in ABAP and Integration tools.
• 1+ year of experience in

  corporate or technical training delivery

  .
• Strong understanding of SAP architecture, development lifecycle, and integration frameworks.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Experience in designing and developing technical training content.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP Certified Development Associate – ABAP, CPI, and BTP

  .

• Certified SAP Trainer

  credential or equivalent corporate training certification.
• Experience in training architect-level professionals and enterprise teams.
