Corporate Trainer

Job Description

Undergo comprehensive training to gain knowledge and skills required for delivering effective training sessions. Conduct training sessions for employees based on business and client requirements. Identify training needs through observations, feedback, and coordination with internal teams. Participate in the recruitment process by interviewing candidates as per the defined process and role requirements. Assist in preparing and executing performance appraisals for employees. Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure employee performance and support appraisal processes. Coordinate with clients to understand training expectations, share progress, and ensure alignment. Plan and execute employee engagement activities to boost morale, productivity, and collaboration. Develop and implement employee retention strategies to reduce attrition and enhance workforce stability. Maintain accurate training records, feedback reports, interview evaluations, and performance documentation. Contribute to continuous improvement of training programs and overall employee development.
