Corporate Trainer

· Understand business objectives and align training programs accordingly.

· Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

· Developing training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.

· Focus on developing skills such as communication skills , leadership , teamwork and problem solving.

· Help Employees to build confidence , self awareness and emotional intelligence.

· Create Engaging and interactive training content , including presentation , workshop and modules objectives to identify skill gap.

· Facilitating training sessions, workshops, and seminars to employees at all levels.

· Providing clear and concise instructions, explanations, and examples to the employees.

· Assessing the effectiveness of training programs through various methods, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

· Tracking and reporting on employee progress and performance post-training.

· Providing one-on-one coaching and mentorship to employees to reinforce learning and address individual challenges.

· Offering ongoing support and guidance to help employees apply their new skills and knowledge in their work.

· Staying up-to-date on the latest training trends, best practices, and technologies.

· Working closely with department heads to understand specific training requirements.

· Building strong relationships with colleagues and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
