Corporate Trainer (BPO Industry)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct process, soft skills, and voice & accent training for new hires and existing employees.
• Design and update training content, materials, and modules aligned with organizational goals.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training through assessments and performance metrics.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, and HR to identify training needs and close performance gaps.
• Stay updated with the latest BPO industry practices and training methodologies.
• Coach and mentor employees to improve customer service quality and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Communication, or related field).
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Trainer in the BPO/Contact Center industry.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Proven ability to engage and motivate learners at all levels.
• Experience using LMS and e-learning tools is an advantage.
• Must be willing to relocate to Andhra Pradesh.
